Green Wolf replaces all heat-sealed tapes on your garment, including the hood (if applicable). In most cases, garments requiring this service show significant wear. Before ordering, we recommend testing your jacket’s waterproofing and/or requesting a technical assessment from us.
What’s included?
Replacement of all waterproof seam tapes inside the garment.
Seam sealing applied to assembly seams, typically matching the interior color of the garment.
Suitable for waterproof-breathable membrane garments such as GORE-TEX®, Sympatex®, or similar materials.
Suitable for impermeable-breathable membrane garments such as GORE-TEX®, Sympatex®, or similar materials.
Location of the problem: Clearly indicate where the problem is located by referring to the position of the garment as if you were wearing it. For example: ‘The hole is at the back of the right arm, near the elbow.
Upload a photo: Add a photo to make it easier to manage your order, especially if you have several items to repair. This helps Green Wolf to better understand the extent of the repairs required.
Aesthetic repair: If Green Wolf is unable to replace the closure elements identically, we offer the option of replacing other similar elements to maintain aesthetic uniformity. For example, you may choose to replace all visible snaps, pocket zips or velcro to match the new material (at extra cost if required).
Washing: To ensure optimal repair and respect our seamstresses, please send us your garment clean. This eliminates odours, perspiration and mud, ensuring a more effective repair. Thank you for your understanding.
24h Express repair: For a 24-hour repair, send your parcel before 12 noon. Re-shipment will be subject to the availability of the necessary supplies.
